Randstad has partnered exclusively with a global leader in storage and information management services! Due to continued growth my client requires experienced Mailroom Offices to join their team!

About The Role

This is a full time position, temporary contract as a Mailroom Team Member with conversion to Full Time employment. You will be responsible for:
 

  • Mail sorting, collection and distribution
  • Receive, open, sort, record, scan, track and distribute all mail and deliveries to recipients
  • General office administration and other ad hoc duties
  • Assist Team Leader in collating incoming/outgoing mail and courier data
  • Know and comply with the company's Security, Health and Safety procedures and training
     

Your Skills & Experience
 

  • Must have previous experience in a mailroom (prev exp in banking & financial services preferred)
  • Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to problem solve
  • Be self-driven and also follow instructions with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic PC skills
