Logistics Administrator

 

Description:

The role exists to provide a range of administrative functions to the business, inclusive of - yet not limited to; general office duties, documentation control and filing, email and telephone correspondence, invoice and purchase order processing , providing support to the export team / function, maintenance of internal records / databases and any other duties as reasonably requested by the business.

Key Accountabilities :
The Logistics Administrator may focus on any of the below listed areas during their employment with WMA as designated by their line manager.

Key areas of responsibility

  • SAP Transactions – SAPPAK, Goods Issuing, Stock receipts
  • ISO accreditation/Compliance
  • Liaise with Sales on POD’s
  • General in-house administration
  • Integrum – CAR’s, Contractor management
  • Payroll
  • Filing/record keeping
  • Data entry
  • Consumables ordering
  • Periodic reporting
  • Maintain Training records
  • May be required to assist in operational activities – cycle counts, stocktake, Despatch and Receivals functions



Measurements:

  • On time reporting as required
  • Data input and transactional accuracy
  • Agreed deadlines to task completion are met
  • Support OTD for all order categories > 95%
