About The Role
 

  • Collaborate with external legal providers to navigate complex and litigated claims with care and expertise.
  • Approach claims settlements with a strategic and solutions-focused mindset, fostering strong professional partnerships.
  • Advocate for fair and balanced outcomes by negotiating effectively with third parties to optimize recovery income.
  • Thoughtfully assess claims to determine the best course of action, including legal proceedings and external counsel engagement.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with AAL protocols and regulatory standards with diligence and attention to detail.
     

About You
 

  • Holds relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry accreditations, demonstrating a commitment to expertise and growth.
  • Brings experience in managing complex claims, particularly in insurance, litigation, or financial services, with a strategic and solution-focused approach.
  • Excels in analysing complex information, drawing meaningful insights, and guiding thoughtful, informed decision-making.
  • Navigates conflicts with emotional intelligence, fostering collaboration and accountability in decision-making.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in utilizing multiple systems and technologies, ensuring efficient and seamless workflow management while adapting to evolving tools and platforms.
  • Communicates with clarity and impact, building strong relationships through negotiation, technical proficiency, and stakeholder engagement.
