Library Programs Support Officer

Description:

Using your outstanding customer service skills you will work in a high performing library programs team to assist with and deliver a range of library programs, outreach activities, and special events. You will undertake regular customer service shifts across our library locations at Five Dock Library, Concord Library, and The Learning Space, Rhodes.

About the person

To be successful in this position you will require a TAFE Diploma of Library and Information Services (or equivalent). You will have a strong ability to prioritise tasks and work with minimal supervision. With well-developed communication and interpersonal skills you will also demonstrate commitment to quality customer service in a busy library environment.
