Identify opportunities within the client’s environment to improve infrastructure and end user efficiency, security and compliance and create scopes of work.
Design secure, scalable, and repeatable solutions to solve business and technical problems either on premise, in the cloud (IaaS and PaaS) or hybrid.
Manage the effective delivery of projects for our clients and Calypsi on time and budget
Comprehensively document solutions and train operational staff in deployed solutions
Provide reporting to stakeholders and ensure scope changes are documented and agreed
Provide support for operational technical issues across all systems escalated (ie lv3) from the support team and adhere to change control processes to implement solutions to ensure minimal disruption to the business.
Investigate and resolve security incidents and proactively improve infrastructure to align with compliance frameworks.
Lead technical innovation of Calypsi’s offering by keeping abreast of the latest technologies across infrastructure, security, compliance, communication and cloud and apply that knowledge to reduce risk and improve efficiency for clients.
Have a strong understanding of information security principles, security technologies and compliance requirements for regulated industries
Strong evidence of learning new technologies quickly and efficiently implementing that knowledge into scalable and compliant solutions.
Extensive knowledge and experience of MS Office 365,Azure AD, Intune, Security and compliance
Experience with MS Azure design and operations in: IaaS, PaaS, Win virtual desktop, and security systems. Experience in CI/CD is a bonus.
Demonstrated track record of continuous education and learning.
The more of these the better. MS-100, MS-500, AZ-103. , AZ-140, AZ-500, ITIL, CCNA, security certs. We will create a plan with you to achieve certs that you do not have.
ITIL v3 or higher
Experience with the following is desirable: Connectwise Manage, N-able,, ITGlue, Sophos, Meraki, Auvik, any SIEM.
Experience working in Financial/banking industry experience is a bonus
