Pre-requisite : All penultimate and final year university students completing a LLB degree.

Legal Intern – Part Time

Assignment Dates: up to 3 months. (2 or 3 full working days)

Job Responsibilities/Projects Include (not limited to):

• Legal research on applicable developments in cybersecurity law

• Assist with the review of simple agreements, e.g. NDA,

• Assist with amending CrowdStrike’s legal templates

• Learning to use legal IT applications such as DocuSign, SpringCM

• Assist with legal administrative work as needed e.g. routing contracts for signature.

• Understanding CrowdStrike’s cybersecurity technology landscape

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product marketing, account management, channel, sales engineering, and other organizations to understand all the moving parts of a successful growing company
