Our client's legal team is Australian based, with a high calibre in-house legal team full of talent. There is a handful of lawyers responsible for all legal matters relating to the financial markets sector of the business unit. The culture is one of trust, collaboration and fun.

As Legal Counsel some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing legal advice to the business/internal stakeholders around derivatives reform and regulation/financial markets.
• Draft, negotiate and advise on a full range of documentation relating to derivatives including ISDA/CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, AMSLA and CDEA.
• Liaise with external counsel when needed.
• Provide financial advice, client advice, disclosure documentation.
• Monitor regulations in regards to Derivative’s trading.
