Our client is the largest privately owned company in South Australia, and they are currently in a massive growth period, growing their network across NSW, VIC and Tasmania. They are on the search for a Property Administrator to join their growing team.
The Role:
- Assist the property team with property-related administrative tasks related to the SA portfolio
- Leasing administration - preparation & distribution of Lease Proposals & License Agreements
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports
- Liaise with Solicitors
- Monitor the Lease Status report
- Issue & negotiate on new leases
- Preparing licence & temporary agreements
- Assisting in ad-hoc administrative duties
- Upkeep and roll-out of property management software
- Website maintenance and online marketing duties
- Maintain and manage accurate data
- Liase with tenants and contractors regarding maintenance
Ideal Skills/Experience
- Previous experience in property management/administration,preferably in the commercial or retail space
- Great written and oral communication skills
- Superior attention to detail and high regard for quality standards
- Ability to prioritise and organise a high-volume work program
- Adaptability
- Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight, operational, and financial deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
