Description:

Our client is the largest privately owned company in South Australia, and they are currently in a massive growth period, growing their network across NSW, VIC and Tasmania. They are on the search for a Property Administrator to join their growing team.

The Role:

  • Assist the property team with property-related administrative tasks related to the SA portfolio
  • Leasing administration - preparation & distribution of Lease Proposals & License Agreements
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports
  • Liaise with Solicitors
  • Monitor the Lease Status report
  • Issue & negotiate on new leases
  • Preparing licence & temporary agreements
  • Assisting in ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Upkeep and roll-out of property management software
  • Website maintenance and online marketing duties
  • Maintain and manage accurate data
  • Liase with tenants and contractors regarding maintenance

Ideal Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience in property management/administration,preferably in the commercial or retail space
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail and high regard for quality standards
  • Ability to prioritise and organise a high-volume work program
  • Adaptability
  • Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight, operational, and financial deadlines
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
