The Role
Reporting through to the Head of Property, the Lease Administrator will support in the day-to-day management of a diverse lease portfolio. The role will see you maintain and manage lease documentation, provide reporting analysis, and oversee financial approval processes.
As a Lease Administrator your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare letters of offer, Heads of Agreement, disclosure statements & distributing lease documentations
- Maintain database ensuring all lease details are always up to date with relevant documentation attached
- Reporting sales figures to landlord’s each month to maintain a consistently positive relationship to facilitate future negotiations
- Liaising with Property Managers and/or Landlords when problems arise to ensure a solution can be reached in a timely manner
- Negotiate lease clauses with landlord solicitors
- Creating financial year turnover statements and distributing to stakeholders
- Compliance and reporting
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure all lease requirements and obligations are effectively delivered upon, communicating key deadlines and considerations for stakeholders in a timely manner
Skills And Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role. i.e. Commercial/Retail property industry, using Lease Eagle or Real estate
- Experience in a high-volume administrative role with conflicting priorities
- A proactive and self-motivated view when problem-solving
- A team player
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Paralegal background will be highly regarded
