Reporting to the Organisational Development (OD) Manager in our newly formed OD team, the Learning and Development (L&D) Partner plays a pivotal role growing our people by partnering with leaders to understand current and emerging L&D needs, designing and delivering contemporary and highly engaging L&D programs and initiatives. This role will also contribute to a number of exciting OD projects that are in the pipeline.

This is a full time permanent role based in our Hobart office with regular travel to Huon Aquaculture sites. Need flexibility? Talk to us about what flexibility might look like for you.
You are passionate about great L&D outcomes and you know what good looks like. You understand the importance of a people centric approach and feel a sense of satisfaction using your L&D skills and experience to design and deliver experiences that are engaging and enable people to grow. Your experience working with leaders and team members to identify training needs will enable you to support current and future development needs for our people and our business.
You are equally happy designing e-learning packages as you are delivering sessions in person. In fact you might even have experience using videos, animations and other evolving technology as part of a blended learning approach. You are creative and understand that our diverse environment and roles require diverse approaches to learning.
You are excited by the opportunity to continuously improve the status quo and have a keen focus on measuring the success of L&D programs and initiatives.
