This role represents an exciting initial 12-month contract within an iconic global insurance organisation, which is transforming itself through an ambitious program of change and growth. The organisation is focusing significant investment on uplifting our L&D programs across the enterprise. You'll join a high performing, motivated Learning & Development team with ambitious goals, as they transform our learning & development capability to be market leaders.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team who deliver learning solutions for the Transformation Program, including the planning, management, scheduling and implementation of the learning programs, solutions, and offerings to ensure an exceptional learning experience for our customers (internal and external) across the Transformation Program.
- Managing a team of Delivery specialists/a workstream within the Transformation Learning & Development, including resource management, coaching and advising on facilitation methods, mediums and approaches
- Reporting to the Senior Manager for Learning and Development Transformation Solutions and engaging with business stakeholders to plan, prioritise and execute the learning delivery for the program.
- Partnering with the Senior Learning and Development Designers to support the development of the training needs Analysis documentation and learning plans across program streams.
- Project managing program learning plans to ensure end to end implementation is appropriately planned and delivered and that commercial acumen is balanced with learner experience.
- Plan and manage the implementation of program learning solutions, including scheduling, administration, governance, and management of learner evaluations to evaluate return on investment and improvement opportunities.
About you:
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline with relevant accreditations, such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Extensive learning and development experience in a complex and heavily regulated industry, in a medium to large organisation and contemporary knowledge of learning methods and technology.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships, influence outcomes, and translate intent into learning solutions.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and preparedness to work in a dynamic environment responding to emerging risk, project challenges and achievement deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, influence, and the ability to lead and grow with the team.
