You will draw on adult learning principles to research, design and develop contemporary, best practice learning material and tailor to individual learning needs. You’ll also get to participate in training yourself, including cross-skilling and upskilling activities as required. As RACQ continues to grow and evolve, you will play an integral part in setting our people up for success.
