The Orchard Talent Group is looking for
Reporting into the Director Learning and Development, the Learning and Development Business Partner - Supported Employment Services will:
- Deliver core components of the organisational Learning and Development strategy
- Drive a learning culture where learning is valued, effective, evaluated and evidence based
- Support and deliver of the organisation's competency framework for supported employees
- Mentor internal stakeholders on learning and development solutions and options
- Design, develop and implement learning products for multiple modes and multiple learning technology platforms
- Support traineeship or accredited course pathways into work within supported environments
- Champion inclusion and diversity
In addition, the successful candidate will have:
- Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment
- Minimum three years' experience in a learning and development role within human services sector
- Understanding of the accreditation process associated with the disability services sector
- Demonstrated track record in designing and delivering Learning and development Programs both face to face and virtually
- Experience with blended modes of learning design and delivery
