The Role
- Lead, participate and contribute to site meetings, toolbox talks and pre-starts
- Allocate required resources and methods to ensure effective project delivery
- Provide technical advice to site team members whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders like clients, consultants, sub-contractors.
- Exercise professional judgement in resolving site related issues with subcontractors, local councils and community members
- Deliver projects in accordance with contractual obligations and company policies/procedures.
- Ensure the completion of site diaries and approval of timesheets is met
About You:
You will have a construction white card together with relevant plant operator tickets in addition to;
- 3-5 years' experience supervising the delivery of civil construction projects in Australia
- Recent experience managing civil development projects
- Experience with pipe laying, bulk earth works
- Exposure to using Topcon equipment
- Understanding of HSEQ management systems, compliance and reporting procedures
- Experience in working with authorities such as local councils and service authorities
