Lead Software Engineer

Description:

Your new role will see you developing hands on with React and supporting the growth of junior developers within an Agile squad. Working with the Architect, Project Manager and other leading staff you will be driving the delivery of projects focused on providing improved customer experience nationally on highly available websites. Approximately 30% of your time you will focus on the development and leadership of the broader squad, ensuring they have the tools and support required
Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience delivering on large scale customer facing websites
• Proficiency in React, Typescript, Redux and REST API's
• Understanding of accessibility and unit/integration testing frameworks
• Experience in web performance optimisation
• Ability to support other engineers and provide mentorship
