Our Lead Management Team is a key integral department within the International Operations Team. They are responsible for ensuring that our overall lead and account supply is sourced, cleaned and distributed effectively and in alignment with overall Groupon strategy.

 

As Lead Management Specialist you will be the main point of contact for all Lead Management tasks and projects in Australia. You will be part of the broader Lead Management International Team (which spreads across 11 Countries) in order to share best practice, optimise process flows on account assignment to the sales teams, supervise data accuracy in our CRM, and will be responsible to ensure all processes are adhered to and maintained in your region.

 

A key part of this role is support to the Sales Team, provide continuous feedback and exchanges with Sales Managers, and identifying supply gaps and region specific opportunities, in collaboration with the International Sales Operations Team.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Act as first point of contact for Lead Management activities, and guarantee compliance to procedures and consistency of processes flows
  • Be part of international team in order to share best practises and optimise process flows on account assignment
  • Supervise correct accounts allocation to Sales reps by monitoring the behavior of our allocation and assignment logics and escalating any issues to Lead Management Process Manager
  • Manage allocation priorities based on business needs, as informed by International Lead Management Manager
  • Responsible for Book of Business alignment for Business Development and Account Managers
  • Manage ad hoc reprioritization of Book of Business based on strategic initiatives (in collaboration with in-Country Sales Operations Team)
  • Perform manual ad hoc account cleaning or adjustments
  • Manage flags and cases and supervise data accuracy
  • Support with Campaign tags and ad-hoc account identification requests
  • Real-time evaluation of bugs affecting algorithms in Country
  • Encourage continuous feedback and exchange with Sales Area Managers
  • Identify supply gaps and Country-specific opportunities in collaboration with Sales Operations/Sales Teams
  • Perform lead injection (mass data upload) for the Country
  • Assist in developing, maintaining and adjusting ongoing dashboards and models, for existing staff and new hires

 

We’re excited if you have:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, administration or data entry capacity (Sales support, e-commerce, logistics, marketing or advertising highly desirable) or passionate about building your career in data and looking to grow your career
  • Data and detail oriented and strong organisational skills, analytical ability
  • Intellectual agility and creativity to respond to changing demands and create new solutions
  • You are meticulous in your attention to detail with a proven record of delivering results while juggling multiple projects
  • You have an uncanny ability to focus in a whirlwind of change and constant ‘moving goal posts’
  • The ability to thrive in a fluid and dynamic ‘roll up your sleeves’ fast-paced environment
  • A willingness to take ownership of responsibilities and use initiative as required – a true team player
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Gmail and Google Docs
  • Nice to have experience with Teradata, Salesforce and Google Sheets preferred
  • Tonnes of enthusiasm and a real passion for online/ecommerce
