SAP Functional Skills must have /required: SAP Ariba PTP

SAP Functional Skills Optional /Preferred: SAP ECC/S4 HANA Procurements

Relevant experience – 5 Years

Candidate Experience requirement.

1. Hands on experience on SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing in all areas from requisitioning to Ok2PAY, approval, e-invoicing set up, catalogue management and Guided Buying.
2. Preferred to have knowledge on SAP ECC/ S4 HANA procurement process.
3. PO Set up experience for transmission to Supplier from Ariba PTP to AN, manual, Fax, mail.
4. Must have worked on Ariba- PTP, SAP Ariba Supplier Network & Supplier enablement & Configurations related to Ariba Buyer Side Set up for integration to Ariba network
5. Integrations of Ariba PTP to SAP Systems Ariba CIG for all downstream transactions. Technical integration of purchase orders (direct and indirect), Confirmation/GR, Invoices, Credit/Debit memos, Master data with technical aspect as Direct Connectivity, Web-service using Ariba CIG for Ariba Buying & Invoicing. Suit integrations for Contract Compliance.
6. Experience on  –

Must have for Ariba PTP – full set of transactions & Configurations, Master data loads, integrations including all Admin Activities for all configurations, User Management etc.

JD for Ariba Strategic Sourcing( Sourcing and Contract)

Skillset:

SAP Functional Skills must have /required: SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing (Sourcing, Contract, SLP and Spend Visibility.)

SAP Functional Skills Optional /Preferred: SAP ECC/S4 HANA Procurements

Relevant experience – 5 Years

Candidate Experience requirement.

1. Hands on experience on SAP strategic sourcing all areas (Sourcing, Contract, for Direct Procurements.
2. Hands on expertise for setting up all Templates in Ariba for strategic Sourcing. RFI/RFP, Auctions, Contract WS, Sourcing Templates for full & quick project.
3. Preferred to have knowledge on SAP ECC/ S4 HANA procurement process for master data/ organization elements
