Lead Civil Engineer

In This Role You Will
 

• Lead & Mentor a small team of Engineers & Designers
• Oversee local and offshore projects co-ordinating designs & drawings with the Client's offshore office and Engineering team.
• Liaise with other Discipline Leaders within the Perth team and other offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane
• Oversee sustaining capital projects, studies & major projects
   

About You
 

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering + Membership to AustEng
• Previous experience in Mining, Minerals, NPI & Road Haul Projects, Sustaining Capital Projects, Studies & Major Projects
• Proven experience leading teams, with a strong network within Perth
• Sound knowledge of design and engineering principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Well rounded communicator
• A Manager the leads by example
