  • 5+ years experience as a Senior BA
  • Risk & Reg delivery experience.
  • Records Management experience.
  • Qualifications in Information or Data Management.
  • Proven stakeholder management that achieves the required outcomes and influences strategy and direction.
  • Effective leadership of requirements lifecycle from tracing, maintaining, prioritising to assessing and approving across relevant deliverables including scope, risk management and solution design documentation.
  • Superior ability to analyse situations or issues, considering all options prior to recommending solutions.
  • Evidence of best practice records management, and product management.
