Propel your legal career by joining Australia's largest specialty Corporate, Energy and Resources and Native Title practice. We currently have two unique opportunities working in the group. In these roles, you will be advising on some of Australia's most high profile M&A matters and drafting regulatory, general commercial, land access, and native title advice, negotiating related agreements and conducting associated litigation on some of the most significant projects in Australia. You will also be providing advice to both Australian and International clients across the life cycle of their projects including managing their energy transition and work on first of its kind energy transition projects. You will be able to act for private and government clients and traditional owners.
Working with our market-leading energy and resources and native title team Stuart MacGregor, Ben Cansdale, Katy Warner, and Mark Geritz, this role will have you working on a wide variety of matters, ranging from cross border M&A and project development in the mining, gas, green infrastructure and clean energy areas (including pumped hydro, wind and solar generation, battery storage and hydrogen projects) and associated infrastructure including pipelines, transmission lines, port, and rail projects.
