Description:
- At least 8-10 years of experience in Kronos product preferably in implementation capacity
- Kronos Functional/Technical Consultant experience (at least 3 projects)
- Very good experience in Kronos with technical experience in Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Scheduler, Workforce Accruals, Workforce Attendance, Analytics and Workforce Integration Manager
- Implementation and Upgrade experience on Kronos 8.1.X is mandatory
Implementation in Kronos WFD for at least 1 project would be necessary
- Practical knowledge and ability to work independently Technical Design, Retrofitting, Testing and Migration work
- Sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Timekeeping, Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay
- Experience in design & building integrations using Dell Boomi WFD would be added advantage
- Experience in integration with HR, Payroll system using non-Dell Boomi platforms would be added advantage
- Experience in extensive client interactions involving detailed discussions on functional and technical requirements and providing solutions from a domain and product perspective
- Preferred experience in PL/SQL
- Ability to interact at all levels of clients’ organizations. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in an offshore-onsite global delivery model context
