Knowledge Lawyer

Description:

In this role you will work closely with leading Partners and Lawyers across your local and national teams. You will undertake a range of work that supports and advises blue chip clients across multiple sectors on employment law, industrial relations and safety matters.

In this role, your key focus will be driving the Knowledge-related activities in the EIRS group as well as playing a key role in driving legal learning, client-facing knowledge initiatives and projects focused on improving the way we deliver work.

You will be an integral part of our EIRS legal practice, and our Partners and solicitors will rely on you as a key conduit for delivering and maximising the benefit of our expertise for our people and our clients.

As a practising lawyer with experience in improving knowledge sharing, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and efficiency is maintained and enhanced across your practice group. Skills & experience:

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a law degree qualified or admitted legal practitioner.
• Have at least 5 years' post qualification legal experience.
• Demonstrate the ability and confidence to deal autonomously and effectively with a variety of people, including Partners and senior Business Services managers and leaders.
• Have experience and ability to deal autonomously, flexibly, and effectively with a wide variety of people at various levels in the business.
• Demonstrate sound judgement on legal, strategic and commercial issues.
• Be able to establish a high level of credibility in the firm and act as a trusted adviser to partners, legal staff and business services staff.
