As a Key Account Manager, your role is to manage a portfolio of national personal injury clients.

You will provide clients and intermediaries with a high level of customer service to ensure retention and facilitate business growth. Your role will work closely with our claims teams to provide a superior level of service to employers and intermediaries.

This will be a permanent position based in the Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Focus on handling the needs of clients and intermediaries
  • Implementing client service plans to ensure effective and timely delivery of service
  • Proactively coordinate all aspects of service delivery from EML teams to meet clients’ needs
  • Working closely with intermediaries, developing and deploying strategies for growth.
  • Resolve complaints or issues in a timely manner
  • Assist in the preparation of tenders and proposals, and present to industry representatives, intermediaries and/or direct clients.
  • Provide ad-hoc technical advice and support to clients and intermediaries in relation to their portfolio
