Job Description
You are expected to lead, direct and deliver the assigned categories within the Mass channel
Major Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the relationship between 3M and our key customers
- Achieve budgeted sales.
- Analyse data to identify growth opportunities for the category
- Develop and manage all Temporary Price Reductions (TPR’s) in line with business strategy and promotional budgets
- Manage Customer Trading Terms including rebate programs in line with business objectives and budgets
- Manage the 3M brand presence in all customer media outlets, such as Online, Catalogue and In-store
- Drive store level execution nationally by ensuring a robust brief and clear expectations of the Field Force
- Provide ex-factory forecast to Demand Planner within 3M lead time
- Manage the range review process from end to end, supporting category growth with our key customers
Key Account Management
- Deliver quarterly business reviews for each category with the respective Category Manager/ACM
- Host monthly WIPs with key customer contacts
- Deliver weekly stock position to our key customers based on their demand plan
- Work with 3M Analytics and Insights team to continually identify growth opportunities for the category and 3M
- Work with 3M Trade Developer to execute all planned activations with our customers
- Work with 3M Shopper Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities for each 3M brand
- Support the execution of the marketing plans in the field.
- Showcase and celebrate the wins with the wider APAC team on Salesforce
- Methodically prioritise key activities, with specific focus on accomplishments which serve to meet or exceed customer needs in alignment with divisional strategy
