Junior Project Coordinator

Description:

We are on the lookout for a Energetic and enthusiastic Junior Project Coordinator to join our organization on a part time basis to be based in Melbourne.

This position is ideal for someone that is available in a short amount of time as the client is ready to interview and hire this week.

You will posses outstanding communication skills as this is a client facing, on-site role. You will also be resourceful, flexible in your approach to work duties and be able manage competing priorities as you liaise mostly with IT teams and people from the business.

Responsibilities

·      Previous experience in IT Project Coordination

·      Demonstrated experience with Excel and SQL is ideal

·      Procurement experience is highly regarded

·      Perfect communications skills both in writing and in conversation

·      Having your own vehicle and clean driver’s license is an advantage

·      Previous MSP experience also an advantage but not essential

Qualifications

·      Industry-specific certification/s in relevant computer languages or software

·      1-2 years of proven experience in similar positions
