Responsibilities of The Role

As an HR Associate Manager at P&G you will partner with our HR team and business leaders and Business Units around the world to deliver strategies and HR products that drive growth - ensuring our work adds value for P&G, our shareholders and our employees.

The HR Associate Manager will be responsible for:

 

  • Creating business growth and efficiency through stakeholder management.
  • Developing an adaptive and engaged organization through internal communications and end to end HR project management.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders within the business to execute employee engagement strategies
  • Provide centralized HR support to the business, including responding to, or escalating any internal and external HR related inquiries or requests

To fulfill this responsibility, the HR Associate Manager plays four roles: Business Partner, Change Agent, Employee Champion, and Administrative Expert.

The Successful Candidate:
 

  • Supports, develops, enables, and empowers people in P&G to create the environment for productivity and satisfaction.
  • Drives change alongside business units and manages transformation as part of creating a culture needed to deliver our business strategies and ultimately competitive advantage.
  • Delivers fundamental work processes of HR to ensure employee success and engagement across the company.
  • Effectively communicate our progress to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
 

  • 1 - 3 years proven experience in providing end to end HR Generalist or HR Coordinator looking for a new challenge; experience in FMCG is advantageous
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree qualification
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (including New Zealand Citizens)
  • A desire to work for a Company whose Purpose, Values and Principles underpin all its actions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in use of strong analytical capacity to uncover insights and bring great solutions to the organisation
