Junior Girls Coaches

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging football training sessions for junior girls
• Develop individual and team skills through drills, exercises, and match play.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all players feel valued and supported.
• Monitor and assess player progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions and matches.

Requirements:

• Experience in coaching football and/or the ability to coordinate sports activities, preferably with youth teams,.
• General knowledge of football rules, techniques, and tactics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young players.
• Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in sport.
• Valid first aid (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check.
