Currently seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to join an independent, boutique team that specialise in all aspects of Real Estate, this office leverage of local knowledge and relationships. Operating out of a modern office in Newmarket, this is a team headed up by a principal with over 20 years of experience in the industry.
On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the BDM with general duties
• Prospecting for new business
• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Prepare properties for online advertising
• Maintaining and nurturing landlord relationships
• Conducting property appraisals and CMA's
• Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
• Must have Real Estate experience
• Immaculately presented and well-groomed
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess a strong work ethic
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
