A bit about your role

The ITOM DevOps Junior Engineer will primarily support the Senior DevOps Engineers within the team, with a focus on day-to-day activities which may include development of new services, supporting service improvement initiatives and working collaboratively across IT operations, delivery and external teams within nbn.

A bit about you

This role will suit somebody starting out in their ServiceNow ITOM career who is looking to gain technical experience in service development and support within the ServiceNow platform, specifically within its ITOM and Integration capabilities.

Additionally, to be successful in this role, you will ideally meet the below criteria:

• Completion of the ServiceNow Fundamentals training course preferred or 6 months + practical ServiceNow administration and development experience
• Current Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)

You are ready to step up and become an SME in ServiceNow. You have a great attitude, willingness to learn & want to grow alongside a team of experts that are known and respected for the work they do in nbn.
