Description:

Moves / Adds / Changes: Follow provided book of work to perform the disconnection of workplace equipment, movement of the equipment to the destination location, reconnection of the equipment, and testing according to provided test plan. May also include standby support for post-move user acceptance testing and start of business day.

Workplace Deployments: Deployment of workplace equipment to user desktops according to provided book of work; includes installation / removal of phones, desktop PCs, monitors, and associated cabling.

Workplace Checkouts: Follow provided test plan to check out phones, desktop PCs, and monitors and track and report results.

Powerdowns: Follow provided book of work to manually power down desktops prior to building power shut down, and to manually power them up post power up as well as perform checkouts according to provided test plan.
