The Role
This role is about speaking/networking & building relationships with all the tech talent that Sydney has to offer. This will primarily be within the software development, devops and product space.
You’ll learn the ins & outs of recruitment, how to talk to tech professionals properly, write sleek job ads and assist your team members in attracting new talent for a variety of roles.
After a period of 6 months, we’d ideally like to see you step up into a ‘360’ sales role, working on both the sales and delivery side. As you progress you will strategically search for new clients and grow these relationships, as well as negotiating salaries and terms. You will be encouraged to attend industry events and build your network.
