Investigations Officer

We have a superb opportunity to move into Investigations in an regulatory organisation which offers great training, flexibility and a solid career path.

This is a newly created role that will see you working with the Investigations team and helping to develop and implement new strategies to ensure compliance and detect and prevent fraud within the legal profession.

The Role

• Reviewing regulatory reports
• Developing risk management frameworks
• Collating and analysing trends and issues to formulate recommendations for compliance strategies, policies, and operational processes
• Engaging with stakeholders, including legal professionals, auditors, and other experts, to build strong working relationships and manage fraud investigations.

To be Successful

• Confident communicator both written and verbal as you will be liasising with a wide variety of stakeholders
• People with investigations, Audit/Insolvency / Investigations experience highly desirable
• Current drivers’ licence
• Travel is largely within greater Sydney but some interstate travel may be required
