As a Inventory Staging Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the management and accuracy of raw materials inventory, Staging of Process Orders and finished goods delivered into Warehousing from manufacturing process and closing off completed Process orders. The role will report to Inventory Staging Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring raw material inventory processes and consumption at Clayton site across all production warehouses are efficient and effective.
• Ensure cycle count checks are completed within agreed timelines, physical stock matches system stock data either through paper-based or RF scanning.
• Monitor and enforce procedures with the greater team and business to ensure inventory is correctly tracked, supplied, consumed or corrected.
• Continuous improvement of stock positioning in warehouses, ensuring storage is mirrored in SAP.
• Apply continuous learning mindset to SAP and business process management. Taking initiative to identify gaps in knowledge and working with line manager to close knowledge/skills gaps.
