Intelligence Officer

Our Practitioner Intelligence team are looking for a new team member in 2023 to fill an ongoing position as an Intelligence Officer.
As an Intelligence Officer you will be responsible for the collection and dissemination of building and plumbing information acquired by the VBA and providing support to the Practitioner Intelligence team to:
 

• identify and evaluate emerging building and plumbing compliance trends;
• make recommendations based on analytical assessments and produce statistical based reports and briefs for senior management and key stakeholders.

Who we are looking for
 

• Demonstrated experience in data and information management and data reporting including the querying of databases, system-generated reports and handling of data.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of data mining and data entry tools including MS Access and MS Excel.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce a range of complex technical reports and recommendations and to explain concepts in an accessible manner.
• Practical experience in database operations and management, including use of applications to capture, store, retrieve and manipulate information, with a sound understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and Windows PC Multi-user environments.
