If you have a genuine interest in the insurance field, high level computer and customer service communication skills, initiative and attention to details, together with the ability to manage your own work, you are encouraged to apply.
This position includes but is not limited to:

• Receive action and investigate incident notifications in accordance with the Council procedures.
• Effectively communicate with relevant staff to ensure that asset defects involved in incidents are promptly inspected and appropriately addressed.
• Prepare and lodge insurance claims.
• Accurately complete renewal documentation within the required timeframes.
