This In-House Legal team supports the broader team so they can deliver bespoke insurance solutions and excellent client service to the firms clients. Drafting high level contract reviews , examing policy in response to indemnity disputes.
- High Level Contract Reviews looking at risk allocation and identifying uninsured exposures
- Coverage advice and policy response
- Claims management and development of claims processes - looking critically at claims notification, preliminary strategy for evidence retention and preserving.
- Attendance at insurance industry events, seminars, and training
- High-level written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
- Have a sound understanding of legislation relevant to insurance law and liability
- Show initiative in keeping up to date on the changing legal landscapes in contract law, insurance law, and commercial laws
- Ability to grasp new concepts under the tutelage of Corporate Counsel.
- Ability to work effectively and in a timely manner
