We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Insurance Capability Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate efficient and effective training competency and capability development as a vital part of our workforce capability building. Your efforts will ensure that our operational performance is maintained at a high standard. You will achieve business goals, meet future challenges, and build capability for change through a range of strategies and activities. Please note that this is a 9-Month Fixed-Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance workforce capability.
- Ensure operational performance standards are maintained through effective training and development.
- Apply a range of strategies to achieve business goals and prepare for future challenges.
- Support the development and multi-skilling of team members.
- Communicate constructively and positively influence stakeholders at all levels.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
About You
- Knowledge of statutory issues and relevant legislation such as the Insurance Contracts Act, Privacy Principles ACC, and Code of Practice.
- Sound knowledge of human resource management and employment requirements.
- Understanding of controls and compliance requirements associated with processing of claims.
- Resilience to changing circumstances in the workplace.
- Proven ability to communicate constructively and positively influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and maintain a high degree of accuracy.
