Insolvency Solicitor

You will be given the opportunity to work independently, whilst also being supported by an experienced team and mentored by highly successful and engaging partners.

In this role, you will work as part of a team representing and advising major banks and financiers mainly in the areas of secured debt enforcement, dispute resolution and insolvency, particularly with respect to business and corporate lending. You will also be advising insolvency practitioners (for both corporate and personal insolvencies), other commercial clients and not-for-profit organisations. Working on a mix of litigation and advisory work, you will become the well rounded Solicitor that clients value so much.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have 1-3 years of post admission experience in any one or more of the following areas:

•    Debt recovery;
•    Insolvency; or
•    Commercial litigation.
