Description:
Our fantastic client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insolvency Manager to join their team on a full-time, remote basis. The Insolvency Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, providing guidance and support to clients, and ensuring that all procedures and regulations are followed throughout the insolvency process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including bankruptcies, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements.
- Review and analyze financial data to determine the best course of action for each individual case.
- Communicate with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders to gather information and negotiate agreements.
- Prepare reports and other documentation related to insolvency cases.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the insolvency process.
- Monitor and track progress of cases, identifying any potential issues and taking corrective action as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to clients, helping them understand the insolvency process and their options.
- Train and mentor junior staff members, providing them with guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insolvency or restructuring rendered in an Australian company
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing a team
- Strong knowledge of insolvency laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Must be based in Australia
