Eppendorf Group is looking for Inside Sales Team Leader.
challenges
- Achieve sales targets
- Develop sales in selected accounts using activities such as telephone calls, emails, and marketing communication
- Drive product sales by focusing on geographic regions or marketing segments that are not covered by sales reps or by complementing sales rep efforts on targeted customers
- Leverage use of CRM processes/data/reporting to create repeat purchases, target new and existing customers and increase sales
- Increase daily touchpoints with customers to better penetrate underperforming segments
- Follow up with existing customers to increase volume and improve customer relationships through improved communication
- Conduct presentations and demos with relevant customers through remote communications platforms such as Webex and Skype
- Provide regular quotations and product information to customers
- Visit customers where opportunties justify establishing and developing sales relationships
- Manage an opportunity pipeline to ensure efficient and effective development and closing of sales
Team leadership
- Approve quotes for Inside Sales Specialists
- Support Inside Sales Specialist with questions, business process execution, and sales development
- Work with the Area Head of Sales Support and Order processing to continue to develop the GMS for Inside Sales
- Collaborate with Sales and Operational Marketing to support the development of sales within and across the business
- Work with Sales Support and Order Processing to uncover customers and opportunities to develop more business
- Utilise existing install base to develop additional service revenue in selected market segments and customers
- Utilise available social media platforms and operational marketing programs to improve overall customer engagement in selected customer groups or market segments
- Submit monthly and quarterly forecasts
- Assist with the development of the eShop platform within the inside-sales customer groups or market segments
- Establish an exceptional overall customer experience/journey in selected accounts
Your expertise
- 2-5 years’ professional experience/exposure in the field of data management or administration
- Life science industry experience is considered an advantage
- Team Leader or people management experience
- Life science industry experience is considered an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems a must
- Experience in project management
- Strong Skills in Word and Excel
- Customer Focused attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and operate under pressure
