Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with the CommScope sales teams, and the relevant Sales Organization in maintaining and growing channel accounts across regions and product portfolio. You will also work with Direct customers/VAR to understand market demand, prepare forecast and then liaise with relevant Product teams and supply chain team to plan accordingly.
Coordinate sales and product planning activities across all BBN product lines for ANZ customers to meet both revenue and shared product goals. Will collaborate on customer/account planning and closely work with Account Managers to schedule orders and manage sales activities. In-depth knowledge of the Cable environment and products is essential to map out the forecasting work.

- Utilizing new business/project publications, both hard print and digital, the Sales Development Representative will qualify new business leads and forward them appropriately to the field team
- The Sales Development Representative will be required to utilize CommScope‘s internal resources for product expediting, pricing, technical support, etc. in a manner to meet the customer’s expectations.
- The Sales Development Representative will utilize CRM to manage his/her opportunities and use the same for account planning.
- To be a champion implementing the CommScope Sales Methodology
- Through creative thinking and planning, identify new fields of play and new opportunities that position CommScope as the lead solution of choice
- Follow-up on inbound leads that are generated by external lead generation tools
- Execute call out campaigns and cold calling of outbound clients
- Overcome objections of prospective customers
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential opportunities
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members
- Maintain and expand our database via D365 and SFDC
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls to action, dates complete profile of information, etc.
- Handle inbound calls and convert into sales leads
Required Qualifications For Consideration
- A completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience. Fresh or recent graduates who are interested in entry level IT Sales role are welcomed to apply.
- Some experience in cable or telecom sales industry selling technology products to major customers.
