Description:
Swinburne is embarking on an exciting journey, working towards our new vision of bringing people and technology together to build a better world. We are seeking an outstanding leader to take on the position of Infrastructure Services Manager, and will play a key role in the management of the University's core systems and high-performance computing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the University's Linux and Windows server based computing resources, including the Oracle and SQL Server databases underpinning the Universities numerous corporate, research, teaching and learning services.
Reporting to the Deputy Director, Technology Platforms & Infrastructure, you will have the vision and drive to continuously improve service delivery, working collaboratively with IT support teams to optimize efficiency of incident resolution and problem management.
