Infrastructure Services Leader responsible for Data Center Services (Unix, Database, Storage, Backup, VMWare, Wintel, CISCO UCS, Dell), Network Data & Security, Voice & Video

Transitioning of IT services on 3 levers - People, Process and Technology/Tools

Defining and Implementing of Operational Hygiene levers to increase productivity and customer experience of IT services

Engaging with customer to develop the Operational KPIs and OPIs and implementation of SLAs into ServiceNow

Participating in creation of Service and Technology transition

Responsible for managing ~12M P&L along with 70 team members in the Australia and approx. 100+ at offshore delivery Center in India

To lead team of around 70+ resources in highly challenging and demanding environments

Mentoring & People development including ongoing training, skill building, deployment and career growth

Entrusted with the responsibility of managing IT Infrastructure with adherence to SLA defined by client

Prime responsibility is to manage IT systems, projects, End etc as per the contractual obligations.

Manage compliance standards and audits as per published norms. Key responsibility is to ensure SLA compliance and revenue growth.

Driving Problem Management, Capacity Management, Service Improvement Plans, Risk Register to increase the Productivity

Effective Process Management, Performance Management and Attrition Management

Excellence in managing program operations with key focus SLAs & SOPs as well as interacting with prestigious clients, business partners, industry leaders, vendors & other key stakeholders

 

Continuous Process Improvements by initiating and delivering Process Improvement Projects

 

Onshore – Offshore Stakeholder Management

 

Active involvement in Training and Organization initiatives

 

Facilitation of client requirements in to operations to ensure seamless operations

 

Resource and Cost Optimization by implementing best practices

 

Responsible for conducting process audits, provide facilitations and monitor process compliance at respective Project and Account level

 

Skilled in interfacing for business gathering, conducting system analysis, finalizing specifications and high-level design documents; building visualizations using Tableau, Power BI and Crystal Reports

 

Successful implementation of Agile methodologies at the account level
