What kind of future workforce do organisations need as work continues to transform, and what opportunities and challenges does this present for for organisational development, talent and HR? As Industry Lead, Workforce Futures you will play a leadership role in developing research-informed actionable insights for industry that generate new business, and drive Centre for the New Workforce reputation and (CNeW) commercial goals. As a recognised subject matter expert with industry experience in workforce or related areas, and using consulting approaches, the role will support executive clients and will drive innovative strategies that improve their business performance. Through your expertise, the Industry Lead, Workforce Futures will contribute to CNeW research and analysis, and help drive its reputation through thought leadership.
This newly created position will report directly to the Director, Centre for the New Workforce. CNeW is the core expertise asset of Swinburne Edge, Swinburne University’s B2B enterprise portfolio. The Industry Lead, Workforce Futures incumbent will have expertise and experience in areas of workforce strategy or related domains, especially as they relate to the future of work.
