The Role

We are looking for an energetic person to assist us in our ongoing project implementation and customer support.

The primary purpose of this role will be to undertake Business Analyst tasks such as problem-solving, writing business requirements, defining test strategy and scenarios, performing functional testing and post-release testing and providing customer support.

The candidate should be a keen learner and will be trained on the job and will require full work rights to work in Australia. The work also involves interacting with our offshore team and training and visit our local clients. Occasional travelling may be required around Australia.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Problem solving
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders and Business representatives
• Work with operations staff to identify improvements and gather requirements.
• Work with offshore developers to execute on specifications
• Prepare and execute testing
• Provide customer support
• Conduct training

Key Competencies, Education, and Skills Required:

• 3+ year’s Business Analyst experience.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computers/Software
• Previous experience in Logistics Services (Freight Forwarding, Export/Import) is preferable
• SDLC experience.
• Experience in managing production issues and checking production systems
• Tertiary qualification in either Business or I.T or equivalent business experience
