The Role

2023 is an exciting time to be joining PLC.

The College’s five-year Strategic Plan will bring a host of projects to light and we are currently expanding our ICT team to support our exciting future.

The ICT Change and Digital Learning Specialist is a full-time, ongoing position responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the College’s ICT change management and project plan.

This role brings the stakeholders perspective to the plan. Acting as an advocate, the incumbent will critically analyse the stakeholder experience, raise issues with the project team and build strategies with the ICT Team to mitigate adverse effects.

The ICT Change and Digital Learning Specialist will also have a key role in facilitating stakeholder training through a tailored approach.

Some of the key projects leading into 2023 include supporting the roll out activity of our new Recruitment / Onboarding system (Martian Logic), new Payroll System (Aurion), as well as the Student Wellbeing Project (SAASYAN).

This is an opportunity for an ICT change specialist who is keen to explore a new growth opportunity in the world of education where your skills will be valued, developed and positively challenged.

You will hold a relevant qualification and / or have demonstrated experience as an ICT change specialist.

You will also hold a workplace training certificate, or the experience to confidently and capably design and facilitate digital training for key stakeholders. Your well-developed communication skills and positive customer service ethic will be pertinent to your success in this role.
