We are now looking to recruit a HR Systems and Operations Administer where the purpose of the role is to manage the administrative and transactional processes within the HR systems team, ensuring the integrity of data is maintained through the adherence to procedures related to managing data in HR systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service and support to the end users of HR systems working with key stakeholders to resolve access issues or other HR system queries
  • Maintain the integrity of HR data through monitoring, validating and correcting data issues
  • Ensure that procedures, standards, guidelines or other support materials are accurately maintained
  • Process transactions and administrative tasks across multiple HR systems ensuring that all relevant HR processes and procedures have been completed prior to the system being updated including appropriate authorisation for any changes.
  • Support scheduled and adhoc mass data load requests with a strong focus on data integrity
  • Provide tier 1 level support to the business and HR on system related issues
  • Act as an SME providing support to the business on role and position management

To Be Successful In The Role

  • Prior experience supporting HR Systems
  • Ideally but not necessarily exposure to position and organisation structure management in SuccessFactors or a similar HR information system.
  • An interest and aptitude in systems.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and has the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with human resource systems, relevant software and reporting.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to manage data and resolve complex issues that may arise with managing data in a system.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
