The HR Operations Specialist will assist GHRO (Global Human Resources Operations) Manager to deliver services related to whole employee life cycle event, including on boarding, off boarding, job change and other HR work life cycle movement. The role will support the development of the overall processes and focus on the execution and service delivery. This person will work closely with HR, business at all levels to facilitate successful and smooth cast member experience.
