The Role:

We require a proactive HR Officer who can provide effective and efficient HR support to our HR Services Team. This diverse and varied position will see you doing everything from HR administration support to managing HR information and communicating HR data to the broader business across multiple locations. You will also have the opportunity to participate in HR Projects designed for business improvements coupled with exposure to remuneration and benefits programs.

This is a permanent full time position, based in our Subiaco Office. Flexible and remote working opportunities will be ongoing.

Key Duties Will Include:

  • Efficient and accurate execution of HR Administration duties, which will include tasks related to producing employment contracts, managing personnel files and processing employment changes and terminations in line with payroll deadlines.
  • Provide data management support across Human Resources, including data entry into CORE (Successfactors), data clean up and integrity.
  • Supporting the management of organisational charts and HR reporting utilising SAP and other company systems.
  • Making an impact to Business Improvement initiatives through regular analysis of HR services and identifying opportunities for improvement along with involvement in HR related BI projects.
  • The provision of confidential advice on HR related policies, procedures and guidelines with the support of our HR Advisors.

Your Skills, Training and Experience Checklist:

  • You are a recent graduate ready to kick start your HR career or, you have experience working in a similar position
  • You are passionate about people with the ability to engage and relate positively and diplomatically to our customer base
  • You have a general understanding of Fair Work Act and how to apply the act as well as company policies and procedures
  • You have the capability to recognise and respond appropriately to issues and situations requiring confidentiality or professional discretion
  • You take pride in your work, with an eye for detail to ensure all administrative tasks and record keeping is of quality
  • Your high level of initiative, planning and organisational skills will be the key to your success in this role
  • You have excellent information technology skills, including microsoft word, excel and powerpoint
  • SAP and Success Factors experience is highly regarded
  • Proof of covid vaccination.
