Whova is hiring an HR / Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for human resources and help on overall financial operations and office administrative projects. 1+ year of related experience is highly desired.

How You will Make an Impact

  • Responsible for HR tasks, including but not limited to employee onboarding, benefits, regulation and compliance, company-wide event planning, time-off request handling, documentation, etc
  • Assist in business operations such as invoicing, billing, bookkeeping, handling inquiries from customers regarding payments
  • Perform office management tasks including purchasing office supplies, inventory checking, and vendor relations
  • Perform additional duties and assignments that help ensure a smooth and efficient business process

  • Self-disciplined, self-learning, initiative and proactive
  • Discreet and professional demeanor; displays sensitivity to confidential matters.
  • Business acumen and the ability to professionally interact with people inside and outside the company
  • Strong work ethic with high desire to accomplish assigned objectives successfully
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment with well-honed time-management skills
  • 1-2 years of off-campus working experience
  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
